Transportation

Waco Regional Airport

Flying Waco has never been easier.
American Eagle flies from Waco to the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport and SkyWest Airlines flies to Houston - Bush International Airport. We offer free long-term and short term parking spaces.

Waco Transit

Central Texas Trailways and Greyhound Trailways bus lines both serve the Waco area through Waco's newly constructed Intermodal Transportation Center. Combined, the two companies dispatch 19 buses from the terminal each day.

Local city buses operate out of the same station and provide safe and reliable public transportation. Services include fixed-route bus services within the city, the Baylor Bears Campus Express, and van service for individuals with disabilities.

Incentives

  • Waco-McLennan County Economic Development Corporation This corporation uses County and City funds to assist companies in the facilitation of capital investment and job creation for the Waco/McLennan County area.
  • Waco Industrial Foundation - The foundation itself is a nonprofit corporation governed by a 24-member board of volunteer directors. A history of sound financial management and attention to opportunity has resulted in a net worth of more than $10 million and the ability to offer incentives like lease-back purchase agreements and attractive short-term financing plans. The foundation cooperates with the Waco-McLennan County Economic Development Corporation to tailor incentive packages for companies in the districts.
